60.1. You are responsible for providing legally appropriate privacy notices to end users of your products or services using Amazon SageMaker (including end users of your home staff when using Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth) and for obtaining all necessary consents from such end users. 4.5 End Users. You will be deemed to have taken any action that you may authorize, assist or facilitate any person or entity in connection with this Agreement, Your Content or use of the Service Offerings. You are responsible for End Users` use of Your Content and Service Offerings. You will ensure that all End Users comply with your obligations under this Agreement and that the terms of your agreement with each End User comply with this Agreement. If you become aware of an End User`s breach of your obligations under this Agreement, you will immediately suspend that End User`s access to Your Content and Service Offerings. We do not provide support or services to end users unless we have a separate agreement with you or an end user that requires us to provide such support or services. 50.8. Law Enforcement Use of Amazon Rekognition. Amazon Rekognition`s face comparison feature uses machine learning to detect similarities between faces in different images and generate predictions about the likelihood of the same person appearing in both images. It does not provide the definitive identification of a person. Due to the nature of machine learning systems, the following conditions apply when law enforcement uses Amazon Rekognition`s facial comparison feature in conjunction with criminal investigations.

“law enforcement agency” means a government agency whose primary purpose and responsibilities are criminal investigations, arrests and prosecutions. 47.2. We can stop the migration of an image that remains in a migration queue for 90 days or more. The following Terms of Service govern your use of the Services. Capitalized terms used in these Terms of Service but not defined below are defined in the AWS Customer Agreement or any other agreement with us that governs your use of the Services (the “Agreement”). For purposes of these Terms of Service, “Your Content” includes all “Enterprise Content” and “Customer Content,” and “AWS Content” includes “Amazon Property.” 53.2.2. Certain portions of Chime`s PSTN Service, including, without limitation, business calls, voice connector, and SMS, are sold and provided by AMCS LLC (“AMCS”), an affiliate of AWS, and not AWS, but are otherwise subject to the terms of the Agreement. Your invoice will show which services you used are sold to you by AMCS and which by AWS. Billing for the Chime PSTN service is handled by AWS on behalf of AMCS for administrative purposes.

You do not need to purchase services sold by AMCS or the Chime PSTN service to use Amazon Chime, and you can purchase PSTN Chime calling features (such as incoming or outgoing calls) separately, together or not at all from AMCS. AWS is not a telecommunications provider and does not provide telecommunications-related services. 53.1.1. You can allow end users to use Amazon Chime under your account. Termination of your account`s use of Amazon Chime will also terminate any paid features, voice connector features, and business calling features associated with your account or organization, and all such end users will be converted to Amazon Chime`s free features. Survival. Sections 2 and 3 of this Schedule and any other provisions intended by their nature to survive shall survive any termination of the Agreement and you will continue to perform all purchases of items sold by the developer made prior to such termination. Fees and payment. Amazon GameOn pricing is defined in the Program Rules. Amazon GameOn is operated by Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates (“AWS”). To use Amazon GameOn, you must have an AWS account, developer.amazon.com account, and make payments to AWS.

The terms and conditions applicable to payments, including taxes, are set forth in the AWS Customer Agreement or any other agreement you have with AWS. 45.2. AWS or one of its affiliates may enter into a Statement of Work with you to provide AWS Professional Services. For purposes of each SOW, the term “AWS” in the SOW and Contract means the AWS entity performing the SOW, and no other AWS entity has any obligations under this SOW. Each Statement of Work (together with the Agreement) is intended by the parties to be the final, complete and exclusive terms of its Agreement and supersedes all prior understandings and understandings (oral or written) between the parties with respect to subject matter (b) After Termination. Unless we terminate your use of the Service Offerings within 30 days of the date of termination in accordance with Section 7.2(b): 1.4. In connection with your use of the Services, you are responsible for maintaining licenses and complying with the license terms of the software you run. If we have reason to believe that Your Content violates the law, infringes or abuses the rights of a third party, or otherwise violates any material provision of the Agreement (including the Documentation, Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy) (“Prohibited Content”), we will notify you of the Prohibited Content and may request that such Content be removed from the Services or that access to it be disabled.

If you do not remove or disable access to Prohibited Content within 2 business days of our notification, we may remove or disable access to Prohibited Content or suspend the Services to the extent we are unable to remove or disable access to Prohibited Content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may remove or disable access to Prohibited Content without notice in connection with the Illegal Content if the Content may interfere with or threaten the Services, or in accordance with applicable law or any judicial, governmental or governmental order or request. In the event that we remove your Content without notice, we will notify you immediately, unless prohibited by law. We terminate the accounts of repeat offenders in reasonable circumstances. 59.1. “Alexa for Business” means the Alexa for Business Service as described in the Documentation and is subject to the terms of the Agreement. If you use an Amazon device with Alexa for Business, you are also subject to and agree to the Amazon Device Terms of Service, with the exception of the Alexa Voice Services Terms, which are subject to the terms of the Agreement. This AWS Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms governing your access to and use of the Service Offerings (as defined below) and constitutes an agreement between the applicable AWS contracting party (also referred to as “AWS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) identified in Section 14 below and you or the entity you represent (“you” or “your”). This Agreement is effective when you click an “I Agree” button or checkbox displayed with these Terms or, if you use one of the Service Offerings (the “Effective Date”). You represent to us that you are legally able to enter into contracts (for example, if you are not a minor). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a legal entity, such as the company you work for, you represent to us that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.
